INGREDIENTS

6 tsp condensed milk

2 apple, chopped with peel into 1/2"-square pieces

1/2 pineapple, fresh, chopped into 1/2"-square pieces

4 bananas, peeled, halved, chopped into bite-size rounds

1 cup grapes, seedless, halved

15-20 cashews, broken

原料

6tsp 浓缩奶(tsp体积换算,1tsp=5ml);

2个苹果,带皮切成1/2分(半寸)的方块 ;

半个新鲜菠萝,切成1/2分(半寸)的方块 ;

4根香蕉,剥皮,切成两半(半圆形),每块切成一口的大小;

1杯葡萄,无籽,切半;

15-20个腰果,碎的。

 

METHOD

1. Pour the condensed milk in a deep bowl.

2. Add the apple and pineapple to the condensed milk; stir once or twice.(Adding the apple to the condensed milk first will ensure the apple does not discolour.)

3. Add the bananas to the bowl and mix once.

4. Add the grapes and cashews to the bowl.

5. Mix everything well together and serve.

 

做法

1. 将浓缩奶倒入一个大碗;

2. 将苹果和菠萝加入浓缩奶;搅拌一至两次(将苹果先放入浓缩奶可使苹果不变色);

3. 将香蕉加入碗中,搅拌一次;

4. 将葡萄和腰果加入碗中;

5. 将所有食材搅拌好即可享用。
